Our client is a Hong Kong-based multinational insurance company, and they are seeking the right candidates for the position of Client Relationship Officer to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide the Priority services to VIP Customers in different channel regarding insurance policies and coverage in Wealth Management Centre.
• Be the dedicated site visit ambassador for agents and customers, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience during their visits.
• Delivering quality service and maintaining long-term relationship with customers.
• Providing quality services and financial solutions to customers and satisfy their needs.

Requirements:

• With customer service experience or high-end retail background. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Prefer in Diploma or above. 
• Fluent Chinese, English and Putonghua in Written and speaking.
• Dresscode: 有制服provide, 黑色半吋以上皮鞋, 黑色實色絲襪, 需紮髻 (空姐/簡潔整齊髮髻)
