Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute the sales plans to achieve company yearly sell thru, margin and inventory targets. 
• Build relations with internal and external customers. 
• Be a team player, work with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Logistics, IT, Pre-press and production teams to align our planning in-order-to achieve targets. 
• Handle sales team day-to-day operations, buyer/vendor enquiries, outstanding orders, customer supports when necessary.
• Negotiate yearly trade terms with suppliers & agreement/reports with key accounts.
• Prepare monthly business review meetings with PD and team leader.  Develop & implement action plans to achieve sales targets and business opportunities.
• Work with the team on monthly product flow and sales forecast with vendors.
• Collect the sales data for raw material and production planning.
• Measure the standard lead time performance of major program in order to improve overall performance.
• Responsible for EPR and ordering management & communication.

Job Requirements:

• At least bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 10-15 years’ experience of trims, packaging, RFID business in garment industry, at least 5 years in managerial level.
• Possess strong sales background and a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good team player with strong leadership skill
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English.
• Excellent computer skills in MS office
• Willing to travel or work at least 2 days in China
