Responsibilities

• Provide end-users technical support and maintain IT operations
• Perform support & administration on servers, security appliances, networking devices, and video conference solutions
• Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, processes, guidelines, and related corporate standards establishment
• Responding to and resolving system-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner
• Assisting with system installations, configurations, troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
• Document and maintain accurate records of system configurations, procedures, troubleshooting guides and inventory control

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in IT related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system infrastructure and security support
• Knowledge of infrastructural installation, intrusion detection systems, and data backup
• Proficiency in end users support and troubleshooting skill
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server, Novell OES and Linux is an advantage
• Shift duty is required including Sunday and Public Holiday
• More experience will be regarded as Senior System Support Officer
