Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Vision:
(1) Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and product ideas within the blockchain space.
(2) Define the product vision and roadmap, aligning with the company's overall strategy and market needs.
(3) Prioritize features and functionalities based on user feedback and market demand.
2. Product Development & Execution:
(1) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to translate product vision into tangible features and functionalities.
(2) Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch iterations.
(3) Ensure the quality and performance of the product through rigorous testing and validation.
3. User Experience & Engagement:
(1) Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and expectations.
(2) Design and optimize user interfaces and experiences to ensure seamless interaction with the blockchain technology.
(3) Track user engagement and feedback to continuously improve the product and iterate based on data insights.
4. Communication & Collaboration:
(1) Effectively communicate product vision, requirements, and roadmap to stakeholders across the organization.
(2) Foster collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure a unified product vision.
(3) Represent the product at internal meetings and external events.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above. 
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in technology, blockchain, cryptocurrency. Experience with user research and user experience design of DeFi applications is a plus.
3. Strong understanding of blockchain/DeFi technology and its potential applications across various industries.
4. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing DeFi products.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Superb communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
7. Passionate about blockchain and DeFi. Independently minded and self-motivated but excited to collaborate with team members.
