We are looking for passionate professional with 1-3 years of experience in system/server administration, possess hands-on expertise in VMware, and have a strong understanding of configurating of network conductors and provision of VMwares. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support enterprise-level systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Utilize your proficiency in VMwares to provision and configure virtual machines, adhering to industry best practices and established guidelines.
• Manage and troubleshoot server and network infrastructure, promptly identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements, implementing necessary measures to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to implement and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery solutions, safeguarding critical data and ensuring business continuity.
• Monitor system performance, proactively identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources to achieve optimal efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate seamless knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system efficiency and performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience of 1-3 years in system/server administration, showcasing your ability to effectively manage and maintain complex systems.
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience with VMwares, including the provisioning and configuration of virtual machines.
• Proficiency in configuring network conductor in VMwares, ensuring seamless network connectivity and optimal performance.
• In-depth understanding of server and network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies, enabling you to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions, allowing you to contribute to the implementation and maintenance of robust data protection measures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, empowering you to effectively work within a team and across departments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tasks with a keen eye for detail.
• Possession of relevant certifications, such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), is a distinct advantage.
