Responsibilities

• Design training materials, deliver online or classroom training programs, and evaluate effectiveness to boost product and skin care knowledge of our frontline staff;
• Work with brand management division to develop and translate related education materials;
• Maintain and organize the digital learning materials in company e-Learning system;
• Support marketing events to promote company brands and products when necessary;
• Support company events and staff communications activities when necessary;
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree holder in any discipline;
• Diploma in ITEC / CIBTEC / valid certificates (e.g. makeup) in recognized beauty institutions is a plus;
• Experience in retail or service industry focusing on frontline training, interest and knowledge in beauty and skincare an added advantage;
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to work with colleagues at all levels;
• Positive mindset, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently or as a team player;
• Good language skills including written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Training Officer.
