What you’ll be doing? 

• Work closely with Network Team Managers. Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining network solutions to support business operations
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimization strategies
• Collaborate with System/Cloud/Support teams to integrate network services effectively
• Contribute to the deployment and configuration of network hardware and software
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base for network processes and procedures
• Manage project implementation progress, identify, and resolve issues, and escalate to network providers, customers, and internal teams as necessary
• Configure and set up switches, routers, firewalls, and IP networking equipment for installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance

Who are we looking for? 

• Higher Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines
• Knowledge of network protocols ( one of the followings) like STP, EtherChannel, TCP/IP, VLANs, WAN, LAN, VPN, DNS, and ACL / Firewall security principles
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player
• Mature, dynamic, able to work independently, and self-motivated
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Network Engineer
• You will have an advantage if you are/ have
• CCNA certification or equivalent 
• Solid working experience in SI companies 
• Hands-on experience in Cisco/Fortinet/ PaloAlto / CheckPoint products
