Responsibilities

• Act as an internal performance improvement consultant to lead a variety of learning and development (L&D) solutions
• Responsible for planning, developing, facilitating and executing the learning and development solutions as well as the subsequent analysis to ensure the learning effectiveness, meeting development needs of staff whilst supporting the business strategies and transformation needs
• Maintain close interaction with different levels of stakeholders and manage a team of L&D practitioners
• Bring in thought leadership and new way of working by leveraging latest business trends through research and development

Requirement

• Degree in a related discipline. Master’s degree is preferred
• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in sizeable companies or consultancies, of which 5 years should be at supervisory level
• Able to tap on external business trends, aligning the Corporation’s strategy and addressing organization issues through learning and development solutions
• Knowledge of learning and development concept and instructional design skills with creativity in using new training and development technologies
• Strong curiosity, critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Good communication skills in spoken English and Chinese
