Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, coach and motivate the sales team to meet sales target and KPI target
• Explore and develop new sales channels and markets
• Develop collaborative partnerships with customers
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends and competitor activities

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in business or related disciplines
• 5 years solid sales experience in the FMCG industry and come with 1 year managerial experiences
• Strong connection within various sales channels, esp. open trade and retail chains
• Responsible, analytical, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• A team player with excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
