Responsibilities:

• Perform daily control on market risk and fair value measures 
• Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis on market risk associated with bank’s trading activities 
• Conduct risk analysis on Debt Capital Markets transactions to support senior management’s approval decision
• Work closely with business on their daily activities and development of new products and business initiatives
• Assist the team head to handle requests from regulator and auditors
• Proactively review the existing market risk control framework and drive improvement
• Review existing risk policies and documentations to ensure compliance with regulatory and market standard
• Support regular and ad-hoc meeting of market risk committee

Requirements:

• Degree holder in quantitative finance, financial engineering, risk management or related disciplines
• 6 - 8 years of experience in Market risk or Treasury risk control functions
• Good knowledge of Treasury products and activities
• Sound knowledge in risk management methodology and statistical/quantitative analysis tools
• Possession of FRM and/or CFA is an added advantage
• Proficiency in visual basic and other programming languages and databases will be a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
