Our client is a reputable sourcing office of general hardgoods, home decorative products. 

Job responsibilities:

• Deliver creative and innovative design solutions that are right for our customers and enhance the customer perception of our value, quality & range.
• Develop trend concepts, define design briefs and take design projects through to final products.
• Take ownership of product development and deliver the best Own Brand offers for customers. Oversee the product development process, including material selection, manufacturing techniques, and quality control.
• Achieve sales, profit, market share objectives.
• Optimize partnerships with the HQ team, Sourcing team, and suppliers to ensure expectations are met.
• Support all graphics and product development, ensuring they are on track for on-time delivery at agreed quality.
• Manage key suppliers and develop their design capabilities.
• Support sourcing trips to China and factory visits.

Experience:

• Over 10 years of product design and development experience in hardline, sourcing office preferred.
• Strong financial and manufacturing process knowledge
• Proven agile management, influencing and collaboration skills
• Global sourcing experience
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
