Our client is an US Buying Office with 10+ history in Hong Kong. A hypermarket Chain store with 400+ stores in the US. They are now recruiting a replacement headcount of a Senior Merchandiser position.

Job Description:

• Monitor day to day operation including supplier management, product development, quote sheets, sample verification & order follow up.
• Responsible for payment terms negotiation and vendor set up, on time shipment
• Responsible for vendor relationship and KPI measurements
• Communicate with buyers and vendors to ensure programs are delivered as per schedule
• Coordinate the sourcing activities with QA, Supply chain and packaging team

Education and Experience Required:

• Higher Diploma in any discipline 
• 5+ years of experience in merchandising (Less experienced candidates will consider for Merchandiser level)
• Strong collaboration, communication and organization skills, relate well to others
• Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to recognize issues and provide solutions
• Ability to work and grow in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment is very important
• Ability to learn company systems and tools
