Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle daily payroll & with some C&B related operations for HK office and with overseas exposure.
- Maintain HRIS database and ensure all personnel records up-to-date and accurate.
- Compile regular HR & payroll statistics and reports for management’s review.
- Assist in C&B projects such as budgeting and forecasting, medical renewal, annual salary and bonus review, taxation etc.
- Assist in reviewing and developing HR & C&B policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance to HK labour ordinance and other local regulations.
- Support ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or any relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of solid C&B experience in sizable companies. Some regional experience would be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word etc.
- knowledge in HR systems, such as Cityray HCM IHRPLUS is a plus
- Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance.
- Strong numerical sense and detail oriented.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Chinese.
