Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects in the areas of typesetting, translation, design and printing
- Interact with clients, vendors and internal departments
- Handle customers’ enquiries and provide assistance to customers if there is a need
Requirements:
- University graduates with 1+ years working experience in the service industry
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Excellent command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Self-motivated, mature, responsible, able to work as a team player with good communication skill
- Working experience in customer service will be an advantage
- Willing to work on shift and overtime
- Fresh graduates and / or with less working experience will be considered as Account Servicing Trainee
- Immediate available is preferred
