Job Description
This is a HRBP Lead position where you will lead a team of 5 to support a few locations in Asia with a total of 2800+ headcount.

Our client is a global leader and renowned engineering firm with strong brand presence around the globe. They now seek a Head of HRBP to drive ongoing HR transformation, culture and continuous organization changes across the globe.
Description
Reporting to the Head of HR of APAC , you will lead a team of 5-6 HRBPs to provide advisory and support to the business in various countries in Asia. You will stay close to the business to understand their talent and market situation,and partner with the COE to drive stronger recruitment, performance management, employer branding, retention ,talent development and succession planning strategies to bullet proof the company's talent pool and longer term people development. You will be a crucial part of the senior HR team to spearhead initiatives such as young talent program, employee engagement survey, DE&I, well being and culture programs along with your peers globally. With the new HRIS launched previously, you role is to fully utilize the HR data for detailed analysis and provide data driven insights to facilitate business decisions. You will also be involved in future M&As in the region.
Profile
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 16-20 years of regional HR experience gained from sizable multinational organizations with a sizable headcount of over 2800 employees. Candidates with industry experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, property development or other industries with a technical know-how will be highly sought after. You will be able to demonstrate a solid track record in delivering successful programs across performance management, employee engagement, talent development, succession planning, HRBP advice which resulted in better organization development, talent attraction, engagement, development and retention for the company. You will be a true HRBP with a strong commercial mindset with excellent influencing, communication, presentation and numerical skills. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required.
