Responsibilities 

• Focus on China real estate 
• Made research reports on specific corporate customer or industry relevant to bank's customers.
• Collaborate with  analysts in collecting information (by using Bloomberg, Wind, Rating and Equity Research Report), conducting basic financial analysis.
• Collect information and prepare reports 
• Support  internal development activities and administrative affair in the department
   

Requirements
 

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting  or related disciplines (with CFA / CPA preferable)
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in  corporate research (especial for real estate focus) or credit analysis in financial institute, rating agency/ consulting firm
• Experience on using Bloomberg and Wind.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill with risk control sense and people management skills
