We are looking for an energetic, result-driven and detail-oriented marketer.  He/she should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, data crunching and proactively exploring new business growth opportunities.  He/she will be assisting the team to improve customer loyalty and service penetration via digital channels.

Job duties: 

• Monitor competition and industry trend 
• Review sales reports, segmentize customer base for business improvement initiatives
• Analyze customer service feedback, uplift customer experience and loyalty
• Design and implement marketing plans to increase sales conversion and customer retention rate on online channels
• Improve operation efficiency via processing automation and usage of AI tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• 4 years of marketing experience, exposure with online marketing and AI tools preferable
• Self-motivated and attention to detail
• Enjoy data analysis, possesses good presentation skill
• Able to work independently and work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
