Job Description
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Director - Commercial
Role Introduction
The incumbent will be responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing strategy for the company's B2B product/service offerings including hospitality, sponsorship, MICE and hosting major sport/live entertainment events. This role requires strategic thinking, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- To develop and implement the B2B marketing strategy, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and account-based marketing initiatives.
- To manage a team of one and execute the marketing plan.
- To collaborate with different teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- To analyse marketing data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities.
- To collate and analyse market intelligence and trends to facilitate management to formulate marketing plans and strategies.
- To manage the financial responsibility within the team for effective budgetary plan and control.
- To stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in B2B marketing.
- To manage the B2B marketing budget and report on marketing ROI.
- To represent the marketing function and serve as a subject matter expert cross-functionally.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the Director - Commercial.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations or Communications is preferred.
- At least 8 years’ relevant experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- With solid business judgment/decision making ability and deliver on commitments.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize the tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- High sense of responsibility and able to work independently.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and positive working attitude.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and data analytics tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
