Job Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Manager on all rounded PR and communications activities to achieve ROI
• Assist line Manager on media plan development & effectiveness analysis (focus on Print, Influencer marketing)
• Liaise and maintain close relationship with media & KOLs to enhance and sustain brand awareness in order to maximize the coverage
• Editorial pitching and product arrangement for shootings
• Develop PR contents including press releases and other relevant PR materials for product launches, KOL social media posts, campaigns and promotions
• Work closely with influencers and agency on influencer marketing, product seeding and execution
• Participate in developing ideas & concepts and execution for events from planning, budget control, execution to logistic arrangements
• Explore sponsorship & JP opportunities and ideas with external partners to enhance brand awareness & exposure
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure that all PR activities are sync with brand values, seek opportunities to leverage and promote content
• Liaise with media sales & related parties for advertising layout and advertorial arrangement
• Prepare reports on clippings and PR exposure
• Ad hoc projects to be assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in PR / Journalism / Communications / Marketing / Management or related disciplines
• 2 - 3 years' PR experience, preferably in marketing, events / media industry, brand management
• More experience will be considered as Senior Executive
• Strong in Media & KOL network, good network in beauty and lifestyle field will be an advantage
• Good project management skills, able to work independently and detail-minded
• Good command of written Chinese and English
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• A title of Brand Communications Executive will be offered to the successful candidate
• Immediate available is an advantage
