Responsibilities

• Support the team in executing performance marketing campaigns to achieve commercial goal which includes advertising, digital media, social engagement & CRM communications
• Develop and manage creative and design of marketing materials in accordance with brand’s content strategy 
• Identify and negotiate potential partnership opportunities with external organizations, brands, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and drive mutually beneficial collaborations
• Manage ad hoc promotions reports and requests with efficiency
• Collaborate with New World Group ecosystem partners on developing and executing holistic performance marketing and content strategies
• Work with cross functional teams (CRM Operation, Analytics, Partnership, Digital Platform) to drive excellence for the Loyalty Program

Requirement:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Marketing responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, preferably in a reputable retail, eCommerce, loyalty program business
• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing or related discipline
• Familiar with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and Marketing Automation platform
• Experience with design tool is a plus
• Passionate about technology, high-end luxury lifestyle brands, and be part of a growing team
• Highly self-motivated and creative problem solver
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation skills
• Experienced in working with agencies to drive quality deliverables and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Sociable character and positive attitude towards new challenges

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Marketing.
