A renowned property developer originated in Hong Kong with a vibrant working culture and excellent reputation in developing high-end mixed-use, shopping malls, grade A offices and residential buildings in Hong Kong and Asia. The group is looking for a teammate to the marketing team for their shopping mall properties in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Execute all-rounded marketing and promotion activities to increase the awareness of shopping mall portfolio, manage social media accounts and create content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct market research and analyze consumer trends develop and execute marketing strategies
• Assist in organizing events and promotional activities, planning and implementing sales-driven programs, festive promotional campaigns for shopping malls
• Partner and work closely with agencies / vendors to ensure quality delivery of campaigns
• Manage & maintain all promotion channels to optimize brand image, roll out comprehensive social media campaigns and develop content on social media

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, Public Relations or related disciplines
• At least  2 years' solid experience in marketing, event management and digital marketing
• Previous working experiences in shopping mall of sizeable property developers are preferred.             
• Creative, responsible with good marketing sense
• Energetic, highly motivated, strive for excellence and high level of accountability.
• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Work on weekends and PH for events when necessary
• Less experienced applicant would be considered as Marketing Officer
