Job Description

Reports to: Director - Commercial
Role Introduction
The incumbent will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's digital content strategy across all online channels, the administration and direction of the marketing, promotion, advertising, and public relations activities. This role requires strong creative, analytical, and project management skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging content that supports the overall marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- To develop and implement the company's comprehensive digital content strategy, including content themes, formats, and distribution channels.
- To manage a team of content creators to produce compelling and relevant content.
- To collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to align content with business goals and customer needs.
- To plan and execute social media campaigns and maintaining frequent and consistent engagement on all social media platforms including social media general content, social media advertised content (paid ads), social media influencer engagement plans.
- To manage the development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs.
- To oversee the development, management, and implementation of all digital strategies and campaigns, including all social media accounts, websites, electronic newsletters/eblasts, and both internal and external digital displays.
- To create and supervise marketing plans for events, to include all available services: media placement, digital campaigns, direct mail, promotional development, non-profit opportunities, traditional and non-traditional
- To manage multiple advertising budgets and prepare show settlement information for event advertising.
- To manage website content development, updating and visitor experience, enhancement of website.
- To plan and execute email marketing campaigns and digital content marketing campaigns.
- To track and measure the results of all digital marketing campaigns and identifying trends to improve future digital marketing campaigns.
- To ensure full compliance with all policies/standards and all relevant regulatory guidelines for the delivery of Integrated Marketing programs.
- To serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader on digital content and content marketing.
- Carry out any other duties as directed by the Director - Commercial.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or other related disciplines.
- At least 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in digital content creation and management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- With solid business judgment/decision making ability and deliver on commitments.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize event marketing needs to meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced computer skills and detailed knowledge of various computer programmes, including a strong proficiency of Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator), Canva.
- Knowledge of digital media and social network platforms is a must (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Proficient in content management systems, SEO, analytics, and other digital marketing tools
- Must be a “Self-Starter” and have the ability to work with limited supervision.
- Must be technologically savvy and have ability to learn new programs quickly and easily.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and positive working attitude.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese with good communication ability.
