Job Description
VR Management Limited is a healthcare service management company under Chevalier Group to manage the Group’s portfolio of healthcare investments, including Ventria Residence (www.ventriaresidence.com), Hong Kong’s first private luxury Continuing Care Retirement Community and Ventria Rehabilitation Centre (www.ventriarehab.com), a private rehabilitation clinic focused on promoting wellness and longevity.

We are seeking enthusiastic problem solvers to join us in scaling our platform, to enhance the quality of life for elderly in Hong Kong through our senior living and outpatient rehab clinic operations. Our diverse and high-performing team comprises Medical and Nursing Care Professionals, Rehabilitation Specialists, Hospitality Professionals, Asset Management and Investment Professionals and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide all-round secretarial and personal support to CEO in a professional manner
- Arrange meetings, business & personal trips and appointment schedule
- Handle full spectrum of business correspondence, confidential documents and data management
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily business operations
- Monitor and maintenance of personal and corporate properties
- Handle special projects & ad-hoc assignments and perform other duties as required
- Involve in corporate event and any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO
Requirements
- Degree or above in BBA or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience and familiar with office management
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and fluent in Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office, Photoshop and social media, knowledge on other computer applications will be an advantage
