Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial client's inquiries through phone and email 
• Provide simple IT support 
• Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction 

Requirements:

• With experience in customer services or helpdesk support 
• Experience in IT/ Telecom industry is an advantage
• Outgoing, energetic, good at communication and presentation
• Native in Cantonese and fluent in English and Mandarin 
• On-job training will be provided
