Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the company's compensation and benefits programs, including base salary, bonuses, incentives, health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
- Analyze compensation data and industry benchmarks to ensure the organization's pay and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with the market
- Process payroll changes, benefits enrolments, and other compensation-related transactions
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and other compensation-related matters
- Support the administration of annual performance review and merit increase processes
- Administer the company's workers' compensation program, including managing claims, coordinating with insurers, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to rewards programs and work injury cases
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably compensation and benefits role in a corporate setting
- Knowledge of compensation principles, benefit plan design, and relevant employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in analyzing data and generating detailed reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with employees at all levels
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with various departments
- Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office
