Operation Assistant II

Pay
:
HK$19,188 to HK$23,323 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate various central domestic services including messengerial & material transportation, domestic & waste management, staff overnight Rooms, family overnight Rooms and other support services.
2. Provide operation and general clerical support for the daily operation to Department.
3. Liaise and coordinate with all services users and service contractors.
4. Assist supervisors in the daily supervision of service contractors.
5. Provide general technical support, set-up and operation of audio visual equipment.
6. Control and maintain of general store items and equipment.
7. Provide emergency support and stand-by for any emergency duties when required.
8. Perform shift duty as scheduled and as required.
9. Provide training to frontline staff.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Entry Requirements:
1. Tertiary education; OR
2. F.5/ S.5 with:
(1) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language and Chinese Language; OR
(2) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and
- Level 2 in new Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects.
And relevant working experience.
Preferable Attributes /Exposure:
1. Working experience in supervision of staff in health care industry and / or service industry.
2. Experience in performing general administration (e.g. General Registry, Staff Quarters) is preferred.
3. Working experience in reception counter with good telephone manner and customer-oriented.
4. Knowledge in common computer software, including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing.
5. Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
6. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
7. Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
