Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with SkyPier Terminal (SPT) stakeholders including Ferry Handling Agent, Control Authorities and airlines on SPT operational matters to ensure the regulatory compliance of passenger and baggage handling.
• Assist the operational planning of SkyPier Terminal, such as check-in counter and berthing allocation plan to meet the anticipated demand. Support the  easonal peak planning by liaison with stakeholders on additional resources deployment.
• Oversee the performance of SkyPier Terminal related systems through close liaison with Information Technology and related departments to ensure reliability. Identify the need and scopes of system enhancement.
• Support the special facilities management of SkyPier Terminal, such as pontoons, cranes and marine radio through close liaison with Technical Services to ensure the functionality and reliability meets the operational need.
• Oversee the daily administrative works of tax refund operation and ensure timely and accurate settlement of overpaid with airlines and contractor.
• Maintain SPT operational database and report the trends to management for process improvement.
• Analyze passenger repatriation cases and liaise with Control Authorities, Ferry Handling Agent and airlines on remedial   measures
• Support the review and update of various procedure manuals related to SPT operations. Coordinate exercise and drills with stakeholders for familiarization of SPT procedures and contingency plan

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics Management, Aviation Management, Facility Management or related disciplines with minimum of 3 years' solid working experience in airport/airline/intermodal operation environment
• Hands-on experience in operation planning and liaison with Government departments will be an advantage
• Knowledge of airline / airport operations and cross boundary transport operations is preferred
• Pro-active, innovative and highly analytical with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint
