Reports To: Flight Deck Services Supervisor
Department: Flight Operations (FOP)

Perform the works assigned timely and efficiently to support the safe and smooth flight operations for 24/7.

Key Responsibilities

•    Provide courier services to the consulate for visa renewal on behalf of crew.

•    Provide counter services in the office to support crew on visa and license collections.

•    Deliver navigational disks and the associated documents to HAECO store as soon as it ready by NSU.

•    Perform regular ramp duties by driving ramp car to maintain the operational documents and certificates up-to-date as well as the required documents in the wallets of the aircraft.

•    Perform ad hoc ramp duties by driving ramp car to support the e-operations upon calls from the pilots through IOC or Flight Dispatch.

•    Collect operational flight bags upon flights return to HKG and refill the items listed for next flights. 

•    Arrange the laundry of the ANORAK jackets in the aircraft.

•    Load the USB proxy to A350 aircraft at ramp side. 

•    Maintain the operational manuals in simulators up-to-date. 

•    Provide crew with applicable Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) supports in the office.

•    Collect the EFB devices from CPCS on a daily basis and do the basic cleaning and check if the apps and content is up-to-date.

•    Retrieve operational manuals and documents from aircraft before long maintenance.

Requirements

Knowledge

•    Hong Kong International Airport ramp area.

•    Flight and Cabin operations as required of the applicable airlines.

•    Basic IT knowledge to support e-operations.

Skills

•    Fair command of English. 

•    Good interpersonal skills.

•    Good time management and attentive to details.

•    Valid HK driving license (Type 1 & 2 not restricted to Automatic Transmission).

Experience

•    Some experience in Flight Operations

•    Secondary educated.
