Job Overview

This role supervises the hotel's marketing efforts, from developing strategies to driving brand and communication related initiatives. We play a crucial role in shaping our hotel's brand image, creating awareness and driving revenue growth. Those who are creative and open-minded, have a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviours will enjoy the role.

Key Responsibilities

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Monitor and maintain hotel website and social media platforms and assist in planning and creating social media campaign and content creation
  • Coordinate with designers, agency partners on in-house videography and photography productions
  • Handle media enquiries & shooting requests and monitor hotel reviews and industry news on daily basis
  • Reply guest enquiries on social media platforms and deliver feedback after discussing with the team
  • Conduct market research for projects assigned
  • Develop marketing communications including DM, eDM, posters and email signature

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

  • 1-2 years marketing / public relations / media relations experience in agency, hotel, catering or F&B environment
  • A degree holder in Business Administration / Communications / Translations or equivalent in related discipline
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills with attention to details. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua would be a definite advantage. Fully computer literate, i.e. Photoshop and graphic. Strong understanding of Marketing & Communications activities

  • Creative, Presentable, cheerful & professional manner, outgoing in nature, team player
  • Video production knowledge is an advantage. Very flexible and able to adapt to different situations, taking enjoyment from everyday being different
