Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze customer trends to develop marketing strategies for our E-Commerce marketplace
• Design and execute brand marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions
• Implement promotional plans, including digital marketing, advertising, event management, and public relations
• Manage and optimize our social media accounts to increase engagement and drive traffic to our E-Commerce marketplace
• Lead and motivate a team of 8-10 marketers to achieve marketing goals and meet the target
• Perform daily marketing tasks, such as creating social media posts, tracking performance, and responding to customer inquiries
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-Commerce and marketing
• Proven track record of success in E-Commerce marketing
• Proficiency in social media platforms, including the ability to manage and optimize social media accounts, create paid and organic campaigns, analyze results
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide the team
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, including strong work commitment and willing to work overtime when necessary
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
• Digital-savvy with excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
