On behalf of a leading bank, we are looking for professional to fill the post of Head of IT Services.

Accountabilities

• Lead the team to provide technical service and oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure, security and operations
  
• Set up the bank's IT strategies and action plans to realize the business goals, plan and allocate resources to optimize utilization
• Drive and enforce IT standard in compliance with audit and regulatory throughout the Bank
• Prepare and monitor budgets, review operation and technology position, drive improvement and technology investments
• Manage external vendor, handle crisis management and assure stable system operations, data security and integrity to support daily business
• Develop and execute IT security strategies, policies, standards and methodologies

Attributes                                                                                                 

• Degree in Computing Science / IT / computer related discipline, CISA holder preferred
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience in banking industry is prerequisite
• Exposure on various hardware / network / utilities / infrastructure is a must
• Superb vendor management experience
• Excellent project, resource and people management skills
• Good command of English and Putonghua
