PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
 

Reporting directly to Head of Brand and Project Management, the Brand and Project Management Executive will work closely with Head of Brand and Project Management to to follow up with the key vendors. You are responsible for support on Building and driving relationships with our key vendors, etc.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Assist Head of Brand and Project Management to follow up with the key vendors ;
• Building and driving relationships with key vendors;
• Support on the overall planning & execution of brands’ marketing investment and promotional calendar ;
• Manage brand marketing income through securing marketing supports from brands such as GWP and investments;
• Support on all the ad-hoc projects, project documentation, coordination, project progress monitoring ;
• To ensure internal & external participates are clear on project deliverables;
• To act as a gate keeper to ensure events & campaigns run smoothly on-site;
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES 

• Diploma in Business / Retail Management or equivalent;
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience;
• High accuracy in work delegated;
• Good at numbers & analytical skills;
• Attention to details and dedication to multiple projects;
• Able to work in a fast pace environment independently;
• Good communication skill in both written and oral English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Interest in travel retail business and different categories (Beauty brand is a plus).
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Brand and Project Management Executive.
