Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the veterinary hospital operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of services to meet expectations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Optimize operational processes and logistics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financial results, and other relevant metrics to the top management team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, with at least 10 years of management experience.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Excellent knowledge of vet industry practices, regulations, and market trends.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 
• Have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
