Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Major work in issuing invoices and AR accounting entries
- Monthly AR statements to clients
- Follow up payments from clients and communication with clients for queries on invoicing
- Proceed the payments to service providers and members
- Regular reporting as required
- Handle ad hoc projects/tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above major in Accounting / Finance
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting working experience
- Proficient in standard office software, including MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Knowledge in using ACCPAC accounting software will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Pleasant, stable, independent and have strong sense of responsibility
- Immediate available is preferred
