Department/Hospital : Central Nursing Division, Queen Elizabeth Hospital
Pay: HK$36,570 to HK$64,491 (HGPS Point 15 to 27) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by
Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of
the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide executive and administrative support in relation to furniture and equipment planning, funding approval process and funding monitoring for New Acute Hospital Planning and Commissioning project and other related matters.
2. Provide executive and secretarial support to committees of New Acute Hospital Planning and Commissioning project.
3. Liaise with coordinators, user departments and relevant bodies on management of furniture and equipment planning, funding submission and approval procedures, and funding monitoring for New Acute Hospital Planning and Commissioning project.
4. Assist in budget forecast, monitoring and reporting.
5. Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
1. A university degree or equivalent.
2. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Preferred Attributes / Exposure:
1. More than 1 year post-qualification experience in Procurement and Materials Management.
2. Familiar with the existing procurement processes and operation of Furniture and Equipment System for Commissioning Projects (FECP) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) in the Hospital Authority is preferable.
3. Responsible, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
5. Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
6. Be able to work under pressure and meet tight work schedule independently.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
