Job Description: Are you a visionary leader with a passion for innovation? Master Concept is seeking a dynamic Head of Professional Services to lead our professional services division. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the successful delivery of innovative technology solutions that exceed our clients' expectations, all while enjoying a balanced work-life experience.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic plan for the professional services division, aligning it with overall business goals and growth initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Guide a diverse team of consultants, project managers, and solution architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique challenges and propose tailored solutions that drive tangible business value.
• Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation and utilization, optimizing project delivery to meet client expectations efficiently.
• Project Excellence: Implement robust project management methodologies, quality assurance processes, and service delivery frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of the professional services function.
• Industry Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep our service offerings competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or business administration.
• Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in professional services, project management, or consulting roles, with at least three (3) years in a managerial position leading high-performing teams.
• Skills: Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver results.
• Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification and Agile development certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) preferred.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation trends.
• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
• Culture Fit: Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and results-driven culture.
• Advantage: Familiarity with the local market and government contracting requirements is a plus.
