Job Overview:

You will play a vital role in shaping our brands’ online presence and reputation. You will be responsible for managing what we call the 'Zero Moment of Truth' (ZMOT) for our brands. This means you will be responsible for optimizing the online presence of our brands. You will ensure that when customers search for information related to our brands and products, they find valuable and compelling content.

This role would require you to work from our office in Hong Kong. Your application will be considered if you are based in Hong Kong or interested in relocation.

As an E-Commerce Executive at GV, you will:

• Create online content for the brands’ social media accounts
• Manage our brands' social media accounts and web designs
• Work closely with internal teams such as Creative, Brand and Product to ensure websites are up to date
• Respond to comments and customer queries while providing legendary customer experience
• List our products on online marketplaces such as Amazon

We are looking for someone who:

• Prefers working independently with minimal supervision
• Can learn and adapt with feedback
• Is incredibly smart and able to learn quickly
• Has excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
