Responsibilities

• Able to handle full sets of books, knowledge in general accounting concepts and requirements
• Compile Monthly P&L accounts and Balance sheet schedules
• Review and check accounting works, payment vouchers and journals prepared by subordinates
• Prepare and control Petty cash payment
• Arrange the monthly stock take for F&B and Recreation departments
• Prepare quarterly Consolidation reports to head office
• Assist in prepare annual Operating Budget and reports
• Prepare ad hoc reports or analytical work as requested  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in accounting or relevant subjects
• 10 years’ related experience in a similar capacity, preferably in private club or hotel
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent, detailed orientated, initiative, a team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledges in hotel accounting system 
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
