Key Responsibilities

• Support HR Department including but not limited to HR system maintenance, policy update & on/off-boarding administration;
• Assist in coordinating Wellbeing/ Corporate Social Responsibility activities;
• Provide administrative support to the HR department;
• Handle any other ad hoc projects as assigned

Who we are looking for

• Undergraduate degree preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive, well organized, detail-minded, and with Can-do attitude;
• Proficiency in MS Office, good Excel skill is an advantage
