Your role
 

• Provide professional concierge & customer services to clients via phone calls/ email
• Handle customer enquiries or complaints globally, offer one-stop resolution and fulfill customer requests in areas including dining reservations, travel planning, shopping services, entertainment, sports, recreation & special events, etc
• Grasp any opportunities to sell or retain customers via Hotline/ Email/ Social Media
• Manage communication with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner
• Resolve customer complaints, establish relationships with customers, learning their preferences
• Assist on ad hoc job
• Flexible working hour. Shift duty within 08:00 - 20:00 / 15:00 - 00:00 (48 working hours per week. Actual shift time is subject to operation needs.) Shift allowance will be provided.

 To succeed in this role

• Holder of HKCEE / HKDSE or above
• Effective communication in written & verbal English & Chinese
• Strong business sense with good customer service and problem solving skills
• Knowledge on mobile products and services and common PC software applications is an advantage
• Keen interest in lifestyle living & enjoy helping people
• Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & problem solving skill
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
