Responsibilities:

• To identify, develop, drive and support Regional Strategy Development topics in shaping functional strategic roadmaps for Asia Pacific region. 
• To provide insights into strategy execution and to keep the focus on strategy implementation. 
• To provide valuable and constructive business ideas for senior management, such as Region Sales Head, Strategy Head, Global HQ; To resolve complex issues and help move forward strategic priorities 
• Scouting and assessment / analysis of M&A projects in key markets and segment for enlarge business advantage for the company. 
• To synergize and align the HQ business strategic initiative with all stakeholders to drive success 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, BBA, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines; Master’s Degree will be a big plus 
• Minimum 8 years or above regional level’s Business & Commercial, Management Consultant experience from MNC
• Candidate from large-scale organization; Regional or Asia Pacific experience is important; highly prefer background from Chemical’s industry, or others manufacture, engineering, automation, technology environment will also consider. 
• A strategic leader, business partner and change agent, with the gravitas to build high-trust relationship at executive level in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional business environment
• Proven experience in business transformation is necessary; Able to bring in value and constructive ideas for new business ideas.
• Experience working in matrix organization with diverse cultural environment; Proactive attitude with excellent project management skills set; 
• Fluent in English is a must (written / spoken); Mandarin is important
