Responsibilities

• Handle Customer enquiry, order & complaints with professional communication skill.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with Customers through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to both Customers & internal teams (e.g. production, purchasing, logistic, product development…) by using the right methods/tools
• Liaison internal teams and then feedback to Customers
• Present & promote new products to Customers
• Travel to China required

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above with minimum 2 years working experience in international customer service in trading or manufacturing industries
• Knowledge & work experience of Furniture Industry & Products (Sewing/Home/Office) is required.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office / Excel etc
• Ability to work independently
• Immediate availability preferred
