Job Description

• Plan and organize the production site(s) to achieve company’s business objectives
• Manage processes of production (printing), assembly, picking and packing
• Monitor the daily Production activities to ensure efficient delivery of the Production Schedule
• Solve any practical problems in production
• Work closely with Demand/Material planner, QA, R&D, logistics to achieve productivity and efficient order fulfillment
• Update current SOPs and create SOPs for new processes
• Perform staff training, team supporting and coaching
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and new initiatives assigned from management

 Requirement

• Bachelor Degree with Major preferred: Supply Chain Management/Operations Management/Industrial Engineering or other operation-related discipline is preferred
• 5 years relevant working experience
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good knowledge on operations management
• Strong experience and knowledge on international eCommerce and logistics
• Outbound international logistics experience will be an asset
• Passionate about production and operations
• Innovative & Fast learner
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of assistant manager
