Customer Services Specialist (18K-20K)**Welcome and contact center experience candidate**

Responsibilities:

1.                   To handle the customer calls and enquires 

2.                    To make inbound calls for cases follow up

3.                    Report problems, potential crisis and complaint to the supervisor for service improvement

4.                  Support hotlines services

Requirements:

1.                   HKCEE / HKDSE or above

2.                   Welcome Fresh graduate 

3.                   Sales or customer services experiences will be consider

4.                   Good command in Chinese & English
