Responsibilities:

• Responsible for arrangement of renovation work and compliance of statutory order for residential units in Hong Kong
• Coordinate with technical staff / contractors to carry out repair and maintenance work
• Responsible for condition survey, quotation preparation, contract administration
• Supervise the project implementation
• Ensure the performance of contractors fulfilled the statutory requirement and achieve the company standard
• Liaise and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the project delivery
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in building studies, building surveying or related disciplines
• At least 2 years related experience in building renovation and fitting out project
• Independent, initiative, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Outdoor work is required
