Our Client, is a Top leading bank with strong branch network in Hong Kong, currently they are seeking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Customer Service Officer/ Teller in retail banking sector.

 Customer Service Officer 主要職務︰ 

• 懂簡單電腦操作，處理客戶開戶查詢及輸入有關客戶查詢的資料
•  系統錄入, 確保文件資料齊全

職位要求：

·         會考/文憑試五科合格或以上為優

·         良好粵語及英語及普通話

·         有銀行經驗者為優

Teller Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and efficient counter transaction to customers 
• Ensure smooth branch operation and satisfy clients’ needs 
• Establish a good relationship with clients and identify opportunities for cross selling bank product and services
• Handle daily account opening at branch

Requirements:

• ·          5 subjects passed in HKCEE / HKDSE with Chinese/ English and Mathematics subjects or above is an advantage
  ·         University degree with Finance, Economic or Accounting is and advantage
• ·          Fresh graduates are also welcome
• ·         Detail-oriented and good communication skills
• ·         Willing to work under pressure and meet expectations
• ·         Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
