Our client - A leading IT equipment company is looking for a CS Officer to join their growing team in Hong Kong. 
 

Responsibilities            

• Handle customers’ enquiries from customer service hotline in a professional manner
• Handle requests from customer including but not limited to appointment arrangement, product or parts enquiries and follow up repair orders
• Identify customer needs and provide quality services
• Provide administrative support to the team as assigned
   

Requirements

• Holder of HKDSE / Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service / call centre with good customer services and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in MS Office Applications include Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated & good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
