JOB SUMMARY

• Design and implement digital marketing initiatives to achieve business objective & goals
• Work closely with various internal parties and external agencies to formulate campaign strategies
• Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Oversee various digital marketing campaigns and channels, including advertising performance tracking, couversion and user behavior tracking
• Carry on ad hoc projects as required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement effective marketing strategies and credit card programs to stimulate card acquisition & usage and achieve business and financial targets 
• Perform data analysis on credit card portfolio & potential target customer segments to drive further business opportunities and establish marketing strategies 
• Monitor business performance and review result of strategies implemented as well as the marketing budget 
• Implement IT and digital projects to drive business growth, streamline process as well as enhance customer experience 
• Co-ordinate with internal departments for ensuring smooth implementation of marketing campaigns, promotion activities and cross-selling activities 
• Maintain up-to-date market intelligence on credit card business 
• Handle ad hoc tasks and special assignments Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably major in Marketing, Business Finance or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experience gained in banking/finance sector or advertising agency. Experience in advertising and promotional campaigns. Preferably with Banking credit card online acquiring business
• Proficient in MS Office
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills 
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
