Job Responsibilities

• As an Assistant Building Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Engineer in various tasks including site supervision, project coordination, budget control and project tendering
• Responsible for coordination, budget control and project tendering 
• Assist Project Engineer in handling site supervision tasks ensuring all works are carried out according to plan 
• Coordinate effectively with different trades of contractor and supplier to ensure smooth project execution 

Job Requirements

• Diploma above in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering or equivalent discipline 
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in BS installation works 
• Candidates with more experience or academic/ professional qualifications are welcome to apply, who will be considered for the posts of Building Services Co-ordinator
