Role Purpose:

As part of the Oracle Cloud Transformation team, this role is responsible in supporting the Cloud transformation of the consolidation, reporting and Business Units transition to Cloud solution. You will also optimize and streamline the existing accounting and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will provide support on the post-implementation of Oracle Property Management (“OPM”) system.

A typical day in this Role: 

• Support implementation rollouts of Cloud transformation, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of new systems
• Analyze accounting requirements from a system perspective, and assist in the design and implementation of optimized financial processes
• Perform data mapping, integration, and reconciliation between systems to ensure accurate and streamlined financial processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform UAT test to ensure all deliverables are in a good quality
• Provide ongoing support for other projects, such as OPM and other ad-hoc assignment

Success will depend on:

• Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines with professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 3 years solid working experience in accounting
• High proficiency in Excel for data analysis and interested in system with strong problem-solving skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, mature, logical, detailed-oriental, self-initiative and able to work independently and as a team player
